Introduction
GEA Westfalia SC 35-01-57 is a self-cleaning disc centrifuge, which is often used for liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation. It is particularly suitable for fields such as pharmaceuticals (such as penicillin separation), food and beverage, and chemical engineering. It achieves efficient separation by relying on the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, and can operate continuously and automatically discharge slag.

Core Structure
Rotating Drum: The core separation component, equipped with multiple layers of conical discs inside, provides a large sedimentation area, shortens the sedimentation distance of particles, and enhances the separation efficiency.
Self-cleaning System: Equipped with a sliding piston plate, it can be controlled to move axially by operating the water and electricity solenoid valve group, achieving automatic slag discharge without stopping the machine and ensuring continuous operation.
Feeding and Discharging Devices: The central feeding pipe enables the material to enter the rotating drum evenly, and the centrifugal pump discharges the liquid phase under pressure, ensuring the stable output of the separated material.
Drive System: It adopts a flange-mounted vertical motor, with belt drive, compact structure, and efficient power transmission.


Application
1.Pharmaceutical industry: It is suitable for the separation and purification of antibiotics such as penicillin. It can efficiently separate mycelia, impurities and target products from fermentation broth, meeting the strict hygiene standards and purity requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
2.Food and beverage industry: It can be used for the clarification of fruit juice and beverages, removing impurities such as fruit pulp particles and pectin; it can also be used in dairy processing, such as whey separation and cream skimming, to improve product quality.
