Introduction
A pressure tank is a type of container equipment used for storing and transporting gases or liquids. It is typically composed of an inner liner, an outer shell, seals, and supports. The inner liner is used to hold the medium to be stored, while the outer shell serves to protect the inner liner and withstand external pressure. The seals are used to prevent the leakage of the internal medium, and the supports ensure the structural stability of the entire container.

Working Principle
- Pressure Balance The medium inside the pressure tank is usually in the form of gas or liquid, and it forms a certain pressure within the container. When the pressure inside the pressure tank decreases, the external atmospheric pressure will cause the medium to enter the pressure tank; conversely, when the pressure inside the pressure tank increases, the medium will be discharged to the outside through the pressure release device to maintain the balance of the pressure inside the tank.
- The pressure inside the pressure tank can be adjusted and controlled through the pressure regulating device. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure regulating device will automatically open to release part of the pressure, so as to keep the pressure inside the tank within a controllable range.
Pressure regulation can be achieved through pressure regulation devices, which can adjust and control the pressure inside the pressure tank. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure regulation device will automatically open and release some of the pressure to keep the pressure inside the tank within a controllable range.
3. Safety measures To ensure the safe use of the pressure tank, corresponding safety measures must be equipped. Common safety measures include safety valves, rupture discs, and pressure gauges. The safety valve will automatically activate when the pressure exceeds the set value, the rupture disc will rupture when the pressure exceeds the with standable limit, and the pressure gauge is used to monitor the changes in the pressure inside the tank.
